Black Ember stands behind the quality of all of our products and we hope that you're 100% satisfied with your gear. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your items within 30-days of your delivery date for a full refund.

Items must be in brand new condition and the original tags must be attached.

Packs with any sign of wear will not be accepted for return.

Allow our warehouse up to 14 business days from the time your return has arrived to inspect, restock and process your refund. We will send you a confirmation email when your refund has been applied to the original method of payment.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.

At this time, exchange services are unavailable. Simply make a return and place a new order at your convenience. If you place a new order, let us know and the prepaid return label fee will be waived.

Merchandise labeled as Final Sale, may not be returned or exchanged.

UNITED STATES

We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests for U.S. orders. However, cancellations are not guaranteed, as orders may move quickly into processing or fulfillment.

If you need to cancel an order, please use access your account and make the request or contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

You may still return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

EUROPEAN UNION

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, unless an exemption under applicable law applies (such as personalized or custom-made products).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use access your account and make the request or notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period.

After notifying us, you must return the items within 14 days. Products must be returned in accordance with our Return Policy. Refunds will be issued within the time required by applicable law after we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been shipped back.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to use our prepaid, subsidized return label, a $15 USD fee will be deducted from your refund. For accessory items, the return label fee is $5 USD. Black Ember reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.
