Shipping policy
Enjoy free shipping on U.S. orders over $199 and international orders over $399.
For in-stock items, orders are processed and shipped within 24–72 hours, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, so orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders with Express or Priority shipping are prioritized and will ship as quickly as possible during business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Returns & Exchanges
Black Ember stands behind the quality of all of our products and we hope that you're 100% satisfied with your gear. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your items within 30-days of your delivery date for a full refund.
Items must be in brand new condition and the original tags must be attached.
Packs with any sign of wear will not be accepted for return.
Allow our warehouse up to 14 business days from the time your return has arrived to inspect, restock and process your refund. We will send you a confirmation email when your refund has been applied to the original method of payment.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
At this time, exchange services are unavailable. Simply make a return and place a new order at your convenience. If you place a new order, let us know and the prepaid return label fee will be waived.
Merchandise labeled as Final Sale, may not be returned or exchanged.
Lifetime Guarantee
All Black Ember products are backed by a lifetime guarantee to be free of defects in materials and construction.
Wallets are warranted to be free from any defect in materials and construction for a period of two years.
We repair or replace any items found to be defective in materials and/or workmanship at no charge to you and we cover the cost of shipping as well. The warranty applies to the original owner only and does not cover normal wear-and-tear or abuse.

After over a year of development, EmberTex™ is a twisted nylon 6 engineered for exceptional durability and finished with an abrasion-resistant coating. We’re proud to share that EmberTex™ is completely free of PFAS chemicals, reflecting our commitment to safer, more sustainable materials.
Black Ember was the first brand to collaborate with CORDURA® on its re/cor™ RN66 collection, their first 100% recycled nylon 6,6 textile. Compared to virgin nylon 6,6, it produces 83% fewer GHG emissions, uses 82% less energy, and consumes 57% less water.
