Great Daily with wonderful new material
"First off, huge shout out to B. E actually backing up their lifetime warranty claim. I originally had the Forge 30. It was a great bag that lasted me 2-3 years until the zipper broke (surprisingly). I sent in pictures and a week or so later they credited me with the cost of the bag. I opted to switch it up and grab the Citadel. It was definitely smaller than my Forge, but I didn't mind it for a daily carry. I can still easily keep my 16" MBP, keys, DOPP kit, water bottle and a couple other daily carry items and still have plenty of room left for other things as needed. The material is MUCH nicer than my old Forge. It doesn't collect lint and fur like the old material, which I love. As usual the materials on everything are top notch (straps, zippers etc). The only thing im 50/50 on is the main part of the pack only opening half way rather than the full fold open option the Forge had. . . but its growing on me. Overall, love the backpack and again huge thank you to B. E for honoring their warranty. I'll likely be buying one of my daughter whos about to head to college."
