UNITED STATES SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping for orders over $150 USD. In all other situations rates are calculated by weight and final destination. You may add items to your cart and view your shipping options with estimated transit times and final costs before checkout. We offer USPS Express, Priority and First Class services. Please message us if you need to ship with FedEx.

You will receive an email shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order is processed. Please allow one to two days to begin tracking your package.

Sales tax only applies to sales made within California. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping for orders over $250 USD. Otherwise, international customers are offered a $45 USD flat rate to anywhere in the world. Canadian customers may receive even lower rates. Cost effective First Class options are also available for small packages. You may add items to your cart and view your shipping options with estimated transit times and final costs before checkout. We offer USPS Express, Priority and First Class services. Please message us if you need to ship with FedEx.

You may be responsible for duties and taxes levied by your country. All import costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

PREORDER POLICY

Products in high demand may be offered for preorder so that you reserve your gear and receive it as soon as it arrives! Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order to ensure your reservation. You receive deep discounts during the preorder period. Estimated arrival and ship dates are found on each product page.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

All Black Ember products are backed by a lifetime guarantee to be free of defects in materials and construction. We repair or replace any items found to be defective in materials and/or workmanship at no charge to you and we cover the cost of shipping too, even for international orders. The warranty applies to the original owner only and does not cover normal wear-and-tear or abuse.

RETURN POLICY

Black Ember stands behind the quality of all of our products and we hope that you're 100% satisfied with your gear. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your items within 30-days for a full refund, less shipping. Items must be in brand new condition with tags attached. Allow 5-7 business days to process your refund. Contact us at team@blackember.com to let us know why you would like to return your items.
